New to CrossFit

For those of you new to CrossFit, we offer an introductory program that is designed to teach you all the basics of CrossFit. Our intro program includes two one hour classes a week for two weeks.
The class sizes for the intro classes are limited, so a reservation is required. New classes start on the first Monday of every month. To reserve a spot, or for any questions, call J.T. at 463-8714.
