Our aim is to teach you how to CrossFit for long term benefits. Our first goal is to teach you how to move correctly. Our second goal is to have you increase intensity as you get stronger and better with form. We program with a plan, to increase your work capacity and make you stronger. With correct programming, CrossFit is a long term program that will improve your quality of life. Please understand that we want you to be a fast, efficient CrossFitter, but we are more impressed with correct range of motion and hard work to improve the right way!
